As Operations Manager at Stirling Capital, Stacie LaFaso plays a central role in keeping the firm running smoothly. She oversees daily operations, supports advisors with administrative and compliance-related needs, and focuses on improving internal processes to enhance the overall client experience.
Stacie began her career in financial services in 2011 with Sun Federal Credit Union, later gaining experience in insurance and advisory operations. Before joining Stirling in 2023, she worked at Ameriprise Financial supporting a private advisor. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice, and is known for her organization, attention to detail, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
A strong believer in the connection between financial and overall well-being, Stacie takes pride in helping people feel more confident and less burdened. Outside of work, she’s an active volunteer, long-time softball team mom, and enjoys gardening, exercising, and spending time with her family.
